The villa comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, we also have a lounge / dining room with a fireplace and gasfire for those chilly nights at the beginning and the end of the year (yes it gets chilly in spain). The floors to the lounge have been replaced with damproof membrane under a new concrete floor, the lights and sockets have been rewired and the whole room replastered after being damp proofed. There is a separate kichen with cooker, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher.
The kitchen also has granite work surfaces. It is less than 18 months old with new floors which have been damproofed, with new tiling, plumbing and electrics.
The first bathroom again has had new damp proofed floors, new plumbing electrics and tiling plus of course sanitary ware. It has again new floors, electrics and plaster work.
The second bedroom -- new floors, electrics, plasterwork and fitted units.
The third bedroom also has new floors, walls replastered, new electrics, builtin wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom, again with new plumbing and electrics.
At the front of the house, which is south facing we have a sunlounge, opening on to a terrace area which contains many mature plants and the swimming pool. To the left of the house there is another terraced area again with mature plants and to mature palm trees which give wonderful shade to the outside eating area. To the right of the house we have a garage.
From the garden area we have a flight of stairs which lead to a sun area for the sun worshipers, this also provides a veiw of the sea and the surrounding mountains. All of the outside areas are fully tiled and the property is fully enclosed with a two metre high walls offering complete privacy.
