We are midway between Banos de Fortuna and the village of Fortuna.
Fortuna is situated on the edge of the Pillar National Park and is well serviced with three good supermarkets, schools, banks, garages and several shops and bars.
Locally we have good English and German as well as Spanish restaurants within easy walking distance. The village center is 3 minutes by car or about twenty minutes walk.
We are 45 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airports which makes for easy commuting with the U.K.
The coast at Torrevieja and Guardamar are 35/40 minutes away and the nearest golf course is 15 minutes away although two golf courses are planned for Fortuna
The area around Fortuna is mostly lemon, orange and olive groves with almond trees coming a close second. The wine growing region of Pinoso & Jumilla are about 30 & 45 minutes away respectively although there are plenty of bodega's within a few minutes drive.
We are twenty minutes from the A7 motorway.
At present Fortuna and the surounding area is undergoing a face lift enjoying investment by the European Union.
